MediFund provides tools for presenting, reviewing, and supporting verified medical fundraising campaigns. The platform is designed to improve transparency between patients, families, hospitals, and donors.
Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting login credentials, and using MediFund only for lawful and authorized purposes.
Patient case submissions must be accurate, respectful, and supported by appropriate information. Submitting a case does not guarantee publication, funding, or treatment outcomes.
Case submissions require admin approval before publication. MediFund may request additional information, reject a case, or request changes before a case appears publicly.
Donations support specific verified cases or platform-supported medical fundraising activities. Donation records, campaign progress, and receipts may be maintained for transparency and support purposes.
Payment methods may include crypto while other methods are coming soon. Crypto payments may involve network fees, price movement, confirmation delays, and provider availability limitations.
Withdrawals are subject to admin review and available balance checks. MediFund charges a 15% service fee on approved withdrawals to support platform operations, review workflows, and support services.
Users may not submit false information, impersonate others, misuse patient stories, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or use MediFund for unlawful fundraising.
MediFund may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, present safety risks, submit misleading information, or misuse platform features.
MediFund is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediFund is not liable for indirect losses, funding shortfalls, payment delays, or outcomes outside platform control.
MediFund may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
